Venues & Times

All members are welcome to join any of the general training sessions.. Younger children will generally attend the earlier sessions, although they are welcome at the later sessions once they have progressed to a higher grade.

Training does not have to be pre-booked – just turn up and train when you want to, as often as you want to.

Session times may vary when visiting instructors are teaching. Most classes last between 1.5 to 2 hours max.
